Even if you only opt for their 'most pleasant to the palate' appetisers and icy cold beer, you wouldn't ask for anything more, only until the first plate of freshly prepared 'carbonara al forno' will invade your nostrils..!! The best " fillets al' a creme" are served here, with a most generous side of pilau rice and vegetables!! But, do you want to know what "la piece de resistance" is at IMPERIAL..? “ To put it shortly, The Imperial is exactly how it sounds, it is a classy joint. It sports a regal white frontage, perched on the coast with a beautiful terrace view of the Evoikos Kolpos. It's a bit of a walk from the centre of town or the port, but totally worth it or it's super easy to get to with a car, less than a 5 minute drive. You can eat delicious Crepes to the sound of the waves at night in the alcove, it truly is a marvellous spot. The staff are friendly, very quick to service and they deliver the delicious food the chefs effortlessly produce. I had the pizza, the dough was freshly prepared and you could taste that extra effort, my partner had the crepes and they were also fresh and delicious. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, come here, you won't be disappointed. Also at the small beach nearby the water is clear and blue, perfect for a night swim if that's what suits you! ”
